WauWauWeekend

Sports, Fun and Games for people as well as dogs

Arrival Friday from 12 a. m.
Departure Sunday after dinner at the Kaiserhof

You will stay in comfortable rooms with shower and toilet, Satellite TV, hairdryer and telephone of our family-run hotel opposite the “Kurhaus” and within an easy reach of the “Kurpark”.

Our hotel has its own dog training school which also includes a training field for dogs.
You will arrive in the course of the day. In the evening at 6 p. m. we will serve a four-course-meal in our restaurant.

After that you will meet the other participants as well as our coach Berthold, who was a VDH FCI judge for Agility and companion dogs exams from 1993 to 2004, in our tavern. By the way: Still today Berthold gives Agility and training courses for different dog breeder clubs. He is also an expert concerning pet food and that is the reason for him holding different seminars on how to feed dogs properly.

The following morning after having enjoyed a rich breakfast buffet, Berthold, you and your four-legged friends will go to our dog training field to spend the day with sports, games and having lots of fun.

At lunchtime we will serve you a glass of apple wine to spoil you. Having returned to the hotel you will meet again to have supper in our tavern, where you will be served a four-course meal of your choice, finally you will end the day in a comfortable atmosphere.

The following day – after having enjoyed the rich breakfast buffet once again – you will walk through the picturesque Taunus forest to our training field, where Berthold will await you for the next training session.

After several hours of training you will return to the hotel, where you will be served another three-course-meal.
After that it will be time to say good-bye.

In case that your dog falls ill – which we hope is not going to happen – we closely work together with our veterinarian Ms Petra Fischer www.tierarztpraxis-badschwalbach.de, who will give a first-aid course on one of the first two evenings covering theoretical as well as practical knowledge.

On one of the two days of training your dog will get the chance to enjoy a relaxing massage by our dog physiotherapist Ms Katja Gilles.

For Nordic Walkers and those who want to become some, Bad Schwalbach’s Nordic-Walking-Park offers four different degrees in difficulty. However, dogs have to be put on the lead. This also applies to the newly laid out “Barfußweg” in the nearby Kurpark.
